Standard Tracked Delivery – £3.99 for arrival within 2-3 working days.

Express Tracked Delivery – £6.99 for arrival within 1-2 working days.

Worldwide

Worldwide Tracked Delivery – £23.99 should arrive within 14 working days. Import duties may apply which you may be liable for, dependant on the country of delivery.

Returns

Our Policy

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase of your Masscular Fitness products, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return a product for an exchange or refund.

Returned items must be in their original unworn condition with the labels and tags still attached.

Damaged, soiled or altered items will not be exchanged or refunded, and will be returned to you.

Unless an item is deemed faulty, the cost of the original delivery charge will not be refunded.

You are responsible for the cost to return the unworn items to us for an exchange or refund.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 10 working days from receipt of the items.

Faulty Items

Our Policy

In the unlikely event that you should you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please email us immediately at info@masscular.com with the following:

1. Your order number.
2. Details of the fault.
3. Pictures of the fault, including a picture showing the garment from top to bottom.
4. The delivery date of the items.

Any faulty item requests received after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Items found to be purposely altered, damaged or tampered with will not be exchanged or refunded.
